George Lathan Hiking Trail

On the west side of Clinton Lake outside of Lawrence, Kansas, there is a camping and hiking area called Woodridge Public Use Area. I had never been here before, but it was kinda cool because there are 14 or 15 campsites spread out along the 4 mile loop trail, most of which has views of the lake. I’ll let the pictures do most of the talkin’.

There were three or four sections like this, but for the most part, it was a well-trodden path.

This hike had some interesting moments and gave me some variety since I usually hike the north shore trails.
