Date: 5/25/16
Hike Difficulty: moderate
Hike Length: 4.69 mi roundtrip
Elevation Gain: 810 ft
Time: 1 hr 14 mins
Rattlesnake Count: 0  Yay!

My Rating (out of 5): 4.0 – I was a little traumatized after seeing a few rattlesnakes on Upper Table Rock last week, but not badly enough to keep me from finishing my quest to track my hikes up both table rocks. Like always, there were tons of people there, but the hike is long enough that they are all spread out and I didn’t encounter anyone too often. I don’t really like the crowd that goes to hikes that are right by cities, just because there are many younger people who don’t take very good care of the place. Maybe that’s just my jaded teacher part of me talking.

In any case, LTR provided for some amazing views of the valley where I live and work. My favorite part was seeing Mt. McLoughlin with UTR in the foreground. See it below 🙂
